I won't say that all letters are this heart felt but, I can say with confidence that most are. I had a file a mile long with other letters however, my hard drive crashed and burned, and I was sadly unable to retrieve them. We truly try our best to match the right puppy to their new forever home. Our goal is to never see one of our babies end up in a shelter but only in a loving home where they bring as much joy to you as they do to us.
Thank you so much for giving her
and Carli a new puppy. As a mother of a son with Autism I know how much pets can mean to him. Ruby is such a beautiful dog and it is so sad about her. You are truly an amazing and wonderful person to do this.

Thank you for your
compassionate and generous gift to Ruby's family, my friends.

Hi, my name is Chris and you don't know me but I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving Mark and Diana Ogorchock a new puppy. What you did is absolutely remarkable and I can't tell you what it means to my brother and his family.
Ruby has brought them and especially Carli so much joy in the short time they have had her. This is such a difficult thing for them to be going through, especially with Ruby being Carli's therapy dog.
I must say that I have dealt with breeders over the years as I have Shetland Sheepdogs and I know that you do not have to do what you have done. You have brought my faith back that there are truly wonderful breeders out there that care about their breeding and the families that purchase your puppies. You are a rare find.
Know that you are an amazing and wonderful person and my brother and his family will not forget what you have done for them. Also know that this puppy #518, aka Maggie, as Ruby, will have a wonderful, loving home and will receive the best care possible.
Thank you so much!
Hugs,
Chris Donahue
